Internet Troubles - Remember to shut off WiFi on your phone if your Internet Service is not working,  this will allow your phone to have Internet service through your mobile provider so you can get in contact with us:

  1. Always try rebooting your equipment before you call,  do this by simply unplugging the router and power supply from power,  waiting 5 seconds and then plugging everything back in.  ( Do not push the reset button on any equipment )

Billing/CC Auto-Pay Issues.  Auto-Pay by Credit/Debit card is required for all accounts,  updating of cards is simple and can be done yourself.

  1. You can self-manage your account with TREPIC with our customer portal ( See "Manage My Account" at the top of our webpage ) or go to https://manage.wispco.com  Your login information is usually on a sticker on the power supply we installed as part of the service.  If not please contact us and we will send you your login credentials.

    1. ​Once logged in click “Manage Account” then click on “Credit Card and automatic payment settings” then click on “Update credit card on file for automatic payments”
